Hayden Castillo

Hayden Castillo, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Soluna Mind and Wellness. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University and provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for children, teens, and adults (ages 6 and up) across Texas.

Hayden takes a holistic and collaborative approach to treatment, helping patients navigate challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and mood disorders. She values patient autonomy and works closely with individuals and families to develop personalized treatment plans that promote long-term mental wellness and emotional balance.

At Soluna Mind and Wellness, Hayden offers psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and integrative mental health care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where every patient feels heard, respected, and empowered to thrive—mind and body.
