She supports patients and the team with copay and deductible collection, daily charge tracking, and financial organization and recordkeeping.

Ali's professional journey is diverse and grounded in service, including 24 rewarding years as a teacher before retiring, along with experience across various other roles. Her years in education built patience, clear communication, and the ability to connect respectfully with people from all walks of life; she now brings these skills to every patient interaction at Soluna.

Patients working with Ali can expect a welcoming, attentive approach to any financial or account questions that arise during their care. She understands these conversations can feel sensitive and is committed to handling each one with respect, making the process straightforward and clear. Outside of work, Ali's greatest joy is spending time with her family. She is happily married with two sons and cherishes every moment they share.
